Participants must create and share at least one lesson plan/unit via Google Docs or as a blog post, which will then be shared with the group. The lesson plan or unit can be in your choice of format and can be using a technology of your choice but the following must be included:
1. What is your unit/ about?
A. identify the digital media which you will be using
B. identify the curriculum tie in
C. specify how you will optimize the use of 1:1 laptops
D. demonstrate and identify the use of 21st Century Technology Skills and connections to the Iowa Core (in other words - what standards are you addressing?)
2. Then - Implement this lesson with your class - list the grade level and date of the implementation
3. Last - Write a final reflection about the implementation of the unit. Include what worked or what didn't work, and how you might or might not modify the assignment for future class.

Reflections from Sept. 23rd Inservice

Reflect on your learning from the September 23rd inservice in terms of:
- Implementation: Share ideas you learned from either the Sept. 23 inservice or the Apple Training days that you plan to use. Include how you plan to use them.
- Needs: what are your next steps with technology for your current teaching assignment? What do you need to reach those steps? Could be additional planning time, tech assistance, whatever....
